series of tutorials, we will walk through all the steps taken in
Mari to texture a low polygon, sci-fi rifle for use in a game engine. We will start by learning how to setup our
Mari project and bring in a normal map that was created when the weapon was modeled. From here we will focus on the creation of three additional types of maps. With diffuse color being so important, most of our time will be spent here focusing not only on base colors but also on dirt and scratches.
